This magnificent Boutique Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join their dedicated kitchen team.

With stunning picturesque views of the Beautiful Countryside , this hotel has a high class restaurant offering a fresh seasonal menu where customers can enjoy traditional and contemporary dishes using only locally sourced ingredients, ensuring for fresh and delicious meals

The hotel is Stunning and uses the very best of fresh produce to create mouth watering dishes.

The purpose of this role is to work as a member of the kitchen team to ensure that the breakfast’s are always presented and produced to the highest possible standard.

The hours of work are 7.30am - 3.30pm 5 days out of 7 per week. Part- time hours are available if preferred.

The duties of this Breakfast Chef position will include:

Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
Monitoring stock
Working to a high standard at all times
Running the breakfast shift
Supporting daily operations

This is a permanent position.

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
