As a Trainee Service Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our Managed Print Service, receiving comprehensive training to support and maintain devices across the South/Southwest of Ireland. While primarily based out of Limerick heading round South and Southwest of Ireland, you'll have the exciting opportunity to occasionally travel to clients outside of this area.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.Proactively monitor devices for faults and consumable requirements.Undertake fault diagnosis and establish effective repairs.Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide guidance and training to clients to maximise equipment productivity.Effectively manage onsite stock of spare parts and consumables.Adhere to all security, vetting, health, and safety requirements.
