The Cwmbran family is recruiting!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a zest for life, who want to make a huge impact in someone’s life and who isn’t afraid to get stuck in to make the individuals we support happy. Here at Cwmbran Day Opportunities, we help support adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities who want to get the most out of their day with meaningful inclusive activities.

One individual we support is Michael who loves spending time at Cwmbran Day Opportunities. His confidence has grown, and he loves to get involved in singing and meeting his friends here. Building relationships and friendships is key to what we do here. This is important for our work, family as well as those we support. We’re looking for some new support workers who can join our team. We’ll help you settle in and support you as you get to know us all. This isn’t really a job, it’s more of a lifestyle where you get to spend your days helping others to enjoy theirs. If you can help us do that, please get in touch.

At Salutem Care and Education, we recognise the value and wisdom that come from all stages of life. Join our team to be a part of a community that truly appreciates the richness of age diversity.

Now we've shared a glimpse of what it's like to work for us, let us introduce ourselves. We’re Salutem and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children and adults in England and Wales across our residential homes, schools and day services. Our dedicated support teams empower individuals to overcome any obstacles and live the life they choose.
