Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Locum Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Social Worker to join our team. This position will involve managing a small caseload of individuals living in the community with various mental health needs. The successful candidate will provide support, assessment, and intervention to promote recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a small caseload of individuals with mental health needs.
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Provide support and intervention to promote recovery and independence.
* Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and progress.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualification as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Social Worker.
* Band 6 experience or equivalent.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in a community mental health setting.
* Familiarity with community-based interventions and support services.
