Position Available: Locum RMN Band 5 Mental Health Staff Nurse

Day Rate: �20 per hour
Night/Saturday Rate: �26 per hour
Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: �32 per hour
Role Overview: As a Band 5 Mental Health Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to older adults with mental health needs. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to support the well-being and recovery of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct nursing care and support to older adults with mental health conditions.
* Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and progress.
Essential Requirements:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
* Band 5 experience or equivalent.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
* Experience working with older adults with mental health needs.
* Familiarity with mental health legislation and best practice guidelines.
