If automation and artificial intelligence linked with a passion for improving consumer experience is your thing, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager that will own this and other emerging tech products.

This is an industry first and an amazing opportunity. You will lead, bring to life the tech and drive consumer transformational change.

This role will report directly to the Head of Digital Strategy and Product and will be accountable for the full product lifecycle including pilots, sector engagement, initial mobilisations, future development roadmap. You’ll be our SME and engage with senior stakeholders across our exciting business. Currently these include sports stadia, exhibition centres, defence sites and corporate businesses.
The Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in delivery of the wider UK&I digital strategy. Responsibilities will include:

Full product lifecycle management
Scope, document and submit demand requests to solution architect team for development and build
Be the product champion/SME - produce/present clear communications at all levels to ensure buy-in to what we are aiming to achieve, provide direction on mid/long-term priorities
Define and agree business and product priorities/roadmaps for Sectors and report on their delivery
Collaboratively work with other team members and digital product managers
Take responsibility for managing and evaluating PoC technology and make recommendations for inclusion into product portfolio
Create standardised Sales bid & Retention ‘Digital packages’ to drive consistency, quality & value.  Support sales and retention bids with digital strategy and innovative solutions
Bring to life the wider digital strategy with ‘art of the possible’ showcases (mobile or fixed)
Promote and market the digital strategy within Compass UK&I using Workplace and other relevant mediums
Collaborate effectively with architects, data teams, digital 3d party to launch new products/features - maximising re-use across the Sectors
Promote the use of data and insight to make decisions that make the most difference for our customers and drive prioritisation of future work
Act as customer interface in partner/supplier relationships; identify necessary and/or desirable third-party technology, work with relevant teams to evaluate/select vendors
Contribute to Group and UK&I digital developments as required
Seek to be recognised externally and in the industry for the creation & delivery of transformative Digital products

Experience in roadmap, backlog prioritisation, development of business cases, success criteria
Track record of delivering large scale digital products and services within as a product manager or project manager
Ability to think strategically, understand the complex challenges facing the business area and translate these into delivery choices.
Extensive stakeholder management experience in a complex matrix structure.
Proven experience of operating in high profile environments and delivering quality outcomes at pace.
Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement.
Proven success in senior business relationship management or business partnering role.
High degree of emotional intelligence and listening skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Vendor Management experience.
Project Management qualification to Prince2 level or Agile.
D&TIL v3 foundation desirable.
Business analysis skills desirable.
