Teaching Personnel are currently working in collaboration with a Multi Academy Trust located in South Yorkshire who require a cover supervisor for a full-time, permanent post in Sheffield to start with immediate effect.

The ideal candidate should:

* Have the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their highest potential.
* Have the confidence to cover lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
* Have an understanding of special educational needs, experience is desirable.
* Demonstrates the ability to build positive relationships and positively engage students.
* Able to deal with challenging behaviours in a professional manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Cover classes for school teacher including carrying out pre-planned lessons.
* Manage behaviour within the classroom and record where necessary.
* Report back to teacher daily and have strong communication between all members of staff.
* Support students with learning but also with social and emotional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
