Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a partner school in Colchester who are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and confident Teaching Assistant. If you are a caring person who is motivated by assisting others, this could be the role for you!

At Teaching Personnel, we have a proven track record of creating successful teaching assistants from a range of different backgrounds. We are looking for confident people who have experience or have the right characteristics to be an influential member of staff within the school.

The Teaching Assistant will provide essential support to teachers with a school setting, with duties ranging from class preparation to monitoring a child's personal and social development. This is a role that is extremely rewarding for both students and job candidates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
