SEN Teaching Assistant (LSA) - Grange park

* Building a co-operative and professional relationship with all members of staff, health professionals and parents.
* Implementing and assisting interventions that focus on building life-skills and social and emotional development.
* Attending weekly meetings with the SENDco to review the students emotional, social, and academic needs of the students.
* Meeting the needs of students aged from 3-11 with Autism (high functioning).
* To keep up to date with student's EHCP to ensure that their personal and academic targets are met.


* Ideally has experience supporting students with special educational needs.
* An understanding of a range of psychological disorders and a strong passion for supporting children with special needs within an educational setting.
* A versatile, inspiring, talented, and personable individual with a strong passion for supporting students to achieve, with sights firmly set on making a genuine difference.
* Personable, hard-working individual with a strong passion to supporting those with special needs.
* Will have an up-to-date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS through Teaching Personnel.
* Has right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
