Teaching Personnel, the leading recruiters in education, are looking for Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistants to join a brilliant team of educators at a primary school in Sunderland. The role will consist of part-time classroom-based work across year groups four, five, and six and is a temporary contract with potential to be extended throughout the academic year.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in working in education or have relevant experience. This role is with an Ofsted rated 'outstanding' primary school in Sunderland.

The role:

* Partim-hours which are negotiable
* Working with year groups four, five, and six
* Based in Sunderland (SR4)
* Teaching Assistant position: small group interventions and one-to-one support for lower level learning

The ideal candidate:

* Is interested in supporting children's progress in an educational setting
* Works pro-actively and imaginatively
* Capabilities in organisation to create engaging learning materials for an array of age groups and learning styles
* Has a DBS on the update service or is willing to apply with the help of Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
