We are looking for an Art Technician to start ASAP on a full-time basis to support a Specalist Academy in Westbury on Trym . This school caters for children aged 9-16 with complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties including autism and has a Steiner inspired curriculum focussing on outdoor learning such as farming, gardening and art and craft. The school is in amazing grounds as it has 18 acres of land and has the most amazing facilities. Class sizes are very small and there is a huge amount of support.

You must have a background in Art but you do NOT need any school experience. You need to show that you work well with children and that you bring enthusiasm to the role.

You will be working closely with different Teachers around the school, setting up art and photography lessons and supporting students in class. This is a wonderful opportunity that does not come around often.

Pay is 70 to 75 per day dependent on experience.

If you are interested, please get in touch immediately as we may need to give time for a DBS to be processed. I look forward to hearing from you.
