Teaching Personnel are recruiting a psychology graduate to work in a school in the Tameside area. The start date will be as soon as possible with the graduate being needed to act as learning support to a pupil who has behavioural issues. The role will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to work towards a full-time job in the school after the academic years ends, should the initial term in the school be a success.

The psychology graduate will work in the Senco department of the school and be asked to sit in lessons with a pupil who is causing disruption in some of the lessons he is in. The psychology graduate must have experience or have the understanding of how to keep this pupils calm in lessons and ensure they stick to tasks when set. This will be over a range of subjects, so it is important that the graduate has strong general knowledge.

The role

* Start date will be as soon as possible.
* Pay will be �66.30 per day.
* Payments are made on a pay as you earn basis with payments being made a week in arrears.

To commute to the school there is a free car park which to staff members is free to use. The school also has close connections to the motorway and main road links across the city meaning access is easy. Alternatively, there are frequent buses that commute close to the school leading from the city centre and the Stockport area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
