Exam Invigilator at St Paul's - asap start - part-time temporary

One of Teaching Personnel's client schools requires an exam invigilator to work for them on a part-time temporary basis. The school are currently undergoing annual Mock exams for KS4 and require candidates to facilitate these exams be ensuring their smooth running. The school is located in an easy to reach part of south Manchester and is a ten-minute walk from the nearest tram stop. The current mock exams will last for a couple of weeks and then they will require more invigilation support in the summer when the end of year exams begin.

Teaching Personnel provide exam invigilators to a number of schools throughout Manchester, and so this will not be the only school who requires the services of an exam invigilator. Should you register with Teaching Personnel you will have the opportunity to work in a number of school based invigilation roles as and when they become available.

The main responsibilities of an exam invigilator involve making sure that students enter the exam hall in silence and maintain silence throughout the entirety of the exam, and making sure that each student has adequate paper and stationary. The most important part is ensuring that absolutely no cheating is taking place and that all school rules are being adhered to.

* Pay: �10.20 per hour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
