EMEA Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, the suitable candidate will take a key role of creating, defining, developing, and rolling out the Marketing Strategy across EMEA. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the role will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support the EMEA priorities in a company that is dynamic and diverse.

What you'll do:

* Create, Plan, direct and coordinate the marketing efforts, driving the overall marketing strategy across EMEA either directly with nominated e-commerce partners with a particular focus on AMAZON - and with chosen EMEA key retail accounts
* Continually evaluate and develop company EMEA's marketing strategy and plans; utilize expertise within the USA Marketing Team and other departments across new and existing category launches
* Make commercial decisions based on clear insight, evaluation and analysis
* Work with a diverse team of marketeers across PR, Digital, Retail Marketing and Events
* Good awareness of EMEA retail and ecommerce landscape to benchmark their launches against best in class
* Review, report and help set marketing KPIs and ROI on campaigns to take the learnings and strive for a cycle of continuous improvement based on the data
* Use a data-first mentality to understand performance and make pertinent decisions regarding the marketing aspects of the business
* Have a strong understanding of the retailer needs and regularly work alongside key stakeholders within Marketing, Sales, Planning and Product to deliver meaningful, commercial trade activations
* Attend and represent the Company at key trade shows, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
