A school in Nelson are looking to source a PPA Teacher to work on a part time basis. The role will be starting in May 2022, working 5 afternoons per week per week (12:15 - 15:30). The role will entail working 5 afternoons per week for the full academic year. The role will be to cover a gap in staffing due to a staff member getting married and relocating. You will be working alongside the class teacher and be expected to plan and deliver lessons making them engaging and enthralling for the pupils.

The school has a varied catchment with a mixture of ethnicity across school. The Head Teacher has said the behaviour is 'generally good' but the practitioner they employ will need to have strong behaviour management and show good behaviour strategies. The school is one form entry and the Head Teacher has commended her staff as 'supportive and hard-working'.
