Are you looking for a new challenge working within a dynamic business?
Nupharm are based in Salford and are part of the Phoenix Group. We  import medicines from  Europe, re-package them and sell to our customer providing vital medicines to the NHS. 
About the Opportunity: This exciting role supports the purchasing and trading teams in ensuring correct coverage of PI stock across the Phoenix network and provide administrative support for the Nupharm site where appropriate.
What you will be doing:
Deputy for Purchasing Co-ordinator in all GDP support activities
In this role you will provide day to day support to the purchasing team and the wider site leadership team.
Responsible for creating UK & EU purchase orders and dealing with suppliers.
Production of the daily PHD sales and margin report
Liaising with depots on purchasing and stock queries
Supporing EU supplier Validation,  Buyer export declarations and transport booking
Who We are looking for:
You will have a key eye for detail, have good IT skills, be keen to learn and most importantly be enthusiastic and a team player. 
Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential.
