Teaching Personnel are recruiting for the role of an SEN Teacher for a school in central Northampton. This is for a secondary school that facilitates children aged between 11 - 16 with ADHD, ASD, SEMH and learning difficutlities.
The position is temporary, but with a high probability of becoming permanent should you settle into the role well.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Executing tailored lesson plans
* Tailoring the curriculum to specific special educational needs
* Engaging pupils to ensure they are on track with their development
* Reporting back on performance to promote best practice
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Teacher qualified
* Previous SEN experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for the wellbeing of children with SEN
