The right candidate should:
* Hold a qualified teacher's status (NQT) or equivalent
* Have good knowledge of the national curriculum and daily routines within schools
* Have an understanding of Special Educational Needs and how to ensure all students have access to equal learning opportunities
* Be confident in delivering lessons that are pre-planned for you
* Have the ability to manage behaviour within the classroom and monitor progress and development
* Ensure good communication between staff and parents and to have responsibility for classes of up to 30 students
How Teaching Personnel works:
* Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a number of schools and multi-academy trusts across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster
* Our team of specialised education consultants interview potential applicants, complete all relevant vetting checks and organise trials in schools for upcoming roles
* Registration with the agency is free of charge
* You will be assigned a specialist consultant who will work with you on a 1:1 basis, supporting you through the registration stage and working alongside you understand your work preferences - ultimately helping us to find a role that suites you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
