I am currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager to work with a membership Body in the Birmingham area on a Contract Basis.
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for the delivery of the corporate procurement for the relevant packages providing support for the delivery of the overall procurement.
The candidate will also be responsible for contract services, supporting the management of contractual risk, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for specification, proposal, and contract delivery the strategic projects for internal stakeholders.
The role will require candidates too:
- Identify any emerging contractual risk, through effective dashboard information, drafting customer quotations and/or proposals using input from operational delivery teams.
- Conduct any procurement clarification required during the tender process
- Negotiate, deliver, and communicate contract and framework agreements which deliver efficiencies in line with financial reporting and forecasting systems.
- Support the management in the procurement evaluation managing the day-to-day evaluations
My client is looking specifically for applicants with previous experience in similar role and will need to be ready to start with little training. The successful candidate will need to work in the office 2 days per week.
Please not the £500-£550 is an umbrella inside IR35 rate.
