Pastry Chef
Salary: £30 - £35K
Location: Ayrshire, Scotland
Our client is one of the Best luxury 5 red star Hotels in Scotland' They are consistently reviewed with 5-stars on TripAdvisor as they continue to grow and develop. They are looking for a Pastry Chef to join their team in a brand-new restaurant.
The Role:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, baked goods, confections, and other desserts
- Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
- Support Manager with stock taking when required.
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
Experience:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Display a real passion for food
- Be able to build relationships with suppliers
- Team player
- Customer service skills
- Compliant in Food Hygiene and Food Safety
