Our client supplies and fits a Swedish designed ground screw product that is revolutionising foundation groundworks for small and medium construction projects across the world!

Job description

Due to continued growth they are now recruiting a full time, permanent Labourer to be a key member of the team, travelling to multiple locations each week across Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties, installing ground screw foundation products; through effective customer, supplier and team liaison, ensure accurate, timely and efficient results that ultimately leads to our customer's complete satisfaction.

Please note that no specific qualifications are required as technical on the job training will be provided.

This is a superb opportunity for an exceptional individual who is looking for a long-term role in which to challenge themselves and develop their personal and professional skills.

The main responsibilities of the role initially are, but not limited to:

* To arrive on site in good time with all relevant tools, materials and equipment required to effectively prepare the site and install the ground screws
* To ensure the ground screws are installed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with training, technical specifications and latest installation methods
* Ensure equipment is always maintained to a safe level
* Assist with stock control responsibilities; including buying from suppliers, as required to maintain optimum levels
* To feedback effectively through line manager to assist with continual development of installation methods
* Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing for self and others, complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times, including the wearing of correct PPE when necessary

Your skills and Knowledge:

* Some knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical and levelling equipment an advantage but not essential
* Some experience of delivering high quality work to agreed timescales in a in a similar or relevant field would be an advantage nut not essential
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Full driving licence essential
