Teaching Personnel are working with an Ofsted rated GOOD Primary School located in Durham (DH7) who are looking to secure a talented Teaching Assistant to work within their EYFS setting. The role involves working with two SEND pupils (ASC) on a 121 basis and your time at school will be divided between these two children. The children attend on a part-time basis, however attended on alternating days so this will be a full time role. Expected to start on the 9 th May 2022 and will be an ongoing role depending on funding.

About the Role:

* Full time role starting 9 th May 2022, ongoing depending on funding (expected to be until Summer 2022)
* Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday (term time only)
* Weekly Pay between �325 - �375 paid every Friday
* Working with two SEND pupils on a 121 basis (alternating days)

Candidate requirements:

* Hold a minimum Level 2 TA qualification
* Must hold recent and relevant experience working within an EYFS setting
* Experienced working with SEND pupils (ASC) on a 121 basis
* Ability to keep engagement within lessons through targeted interventions and re-engagement techniques
* Hold a Child Only DBS accessible on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
