Teaching Personnel are looking for a Head of Geography teacher to join one of our thriving partner secondary schools based in Salisbury . The successful Geography teacher will have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for education and changing the lives of young people.
The school are looking for an experienced and hard-working teacher who has a passion for teaching geography together with the drive and professionalism to lead a department. In this role you will be overseeing geography teaching and learning across the school as well as teaching classes across KS3 and KS4. You will work closely with the humanities team and senior leadership within the school to ensure consistency in teaching and learning across all levels.
The school is looking for someone to come in to engage/support the department to further improve the teacher-pupil relationships. They want someone who can take responsibility of the department to help maximise achievement and lead the pastoral team.
