Teaching Personnel sre recruiting for a BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANT to work at a Pupil Referal Unit (PRU) based in Wokingham. The establishment has been rated 'GOOD' by Ofsted, supporting young people who face barriers in their education and have difficulties learning in a large school environment. The schools also caters to students with social, emotional and mental health needs, aged between 5 to 16 years old.

The ideal candidate will:

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire, mentor and guide students
* Remain calm under pressure
* Have a sense of humour
* Have creative and innovative methods of engaging with students.
* Must hold a valid UK driving license and driving to collect/drop students off will be required.

Experience working with young people is not necessary, we would just need you to be pro active, keen to learn and have a positive attitude!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
