We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager / Account manager / Contract Manager to join the Operations & Sales Team of a leading Water Technology provider covering their Leeds / Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, generating sales and acting as point of contact for any issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing customer expectations and ensuring service needs are delivered
* Develop an area sales plan & strategy
* Coordinate resource to grow & maintain accounts
* Participate in site visits
* Participate in lead generation, bids / tenders and proposals
* Achieve sales focused targets and order generation
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Environmental, Chemistry or similar
* Experience in the water treatment / process or industrial plant sector
* Account management experience
* Sales experience; winning & securing new business and retaining accounts
* Ability to meet & liaise with key stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence is required
