We believe people are at the heart of our business, so we’re committed to building and sustaining a sense of community and togetherness, where everyone feels like they’re part of something special.We're searching for an efficient Wholesale Operations Coordinator with great accuracy & attention to detail to execute the end-to-end operational activities of the wholesale channel, ensuring that all business needs are met and that our customers and partners receive a first-class service and experience.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDIdeally 2-3 years experience in a multi-channel business that includes wholesaleStrong numerical capability, accurate with good attention to detailStrong Excel and MS Office skillsProven analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to proactively manage workload, prioritising and delegating when necessary.Excellent written and verbal communication essentialStrong team working skills, able to build positive cross-functional relationshipsLots of initiative and good decision-making skillsCandidate should be keen in progress their career in a growing companyInformation completed to high level of accuracyWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGRun and check allocations per customers, ensuring 100% fulfilmentRaise stock shortfall issues with merchandising teamCreate, manage and update delivery schedules for customers/partnersManage timely shipment of stock to customersManage customers PO's and agree extensions where requiredSend delivery schedules weekly to partners and directly to key customersRun weekly reports for your assigned territory detailing KPIs on delivery statusSupport JM on creating weekly invoice forecastsAttend internal meetings relating to intake and stockAllocate and manage in season ordersLiaise with Customers & DC on any special outbound requirements including booking in deliveriesProvide data enrichment to key customersOnboarding new customers and ensuring timely set up with finance teamUpload and ensure accuracy of forward season sales ordersImplement end of season order changes (replacements, cancellations)Send in accordance with business policy, order confirmations to customers/partnersActioning returns ; providing authorisation codes for DC receipt to ensuring credit worksheet is updatedTrack returns to ensure these are processed in a timely mannerSet up line sheets/order templates for partnersPlace POS requirements for new customers and service POS demands in seasonSupport sales team during the sales campaignsWHAT WE’LL OFFER YOUAs a Wholesale Operations Co-ordinator at White Stuff you will be entitled to an array of great benefits, some of which include:Hybrid WorkingAnnual bonus opportunityUp to 33 days holiday per annum2 extra (paid!) days off per year to volunteer in the local community50% discountSubsidised BUPA Dental InsuranceHealthcare cash plan and Life AssuranceInterest free season ticket loanPension Contribution#LI-Hybrid
