Behavioural Mentor's/ Mental Health Assistants

Location: Enfield
Teaching Personnel are currently working with an "Outstanding" rated Primary in Enfield who work with students with special needs.
They currently have part-time and full-time vacancies supporting ages 2-11.
The school provides education to students who have strong emotional and social mental health needs. Many have been excluded from mainsteam schools and are looking to transition back into a mainstream setting.
Many of the students have challenging behaviour.
Behavioural mentors must be proactive, attentive and supportive to encourage emotional and social growth.

The ideal candidate:
* Have SEN experience specific to this school
* Have a proactive and engaging attitude
* Experience with managing challenging behaviour + offering emotional support
* Passionate about the students and their learning development
* Patient and understanding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
