An oversubscribed school in Winchester is in need of a care worker for a full-time role within their school. You will be supporting a small class for SEN/SLD students that may have behavioural challenges. You will come from a care or youth supporting background, however, if you have personal experience within the SEN area maybe supporting a close family member will also be suitable.
Providing a comfortable environment, you will have a passion for support the education of students and helping to achieve excellence.
Candidates with a sport, musical or any other creative background will also be suitable.
What we are looking for:
* Fun and welcoming personality
* Sports, arts, or musical background
* Experience working with SEN, (Autism or Dyslexia)
* A proven track record of assisting with creative lessons
* The ability to work with a large group but also on an individual basis
* Able to support and motivate pupils
* Excellent classroom behavioural management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
