We are on the lookout for a super creative, social and engaging individual to join our marketing team! The main premise of the role is to provide support to our growing community of franchisees through their social media channels. Some of the work you can expect to undertake is creating content plans, following a brief to create written and visual social media content and running social media audits for the coaches.

You will also work closely with the internal marketing team to support on wider projects for the community.

Responsibilities

* Produce visual and written content for various social media channels (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) to fit a brief given by franchise partners
* Schedule social media content across platforms, taking into consideration the target audience, optimal posting times and the content calendar.
* Provide written reports for organic social media content and paid social media content to show results, what went well and what can be improved on next time.
* Ensure all brand content is aligned with the overall tone of voice and guidelines
* Provide creative input for new programme launches, marketing materials, internal and external branding, events and new business messages
* Keep up to date with industry activity and prepare appropriate content
* Understand the wider business strategy and its key objectives to aid marketing messaging

You will:

* Be creative and you're passionate about keeping things fresh with the latest trends
* Be active with engagement - getting positive responses to your messages and starting conversations.
* Have 2-years' experience, whether in that's studying or as an apprenticeship.
* Have an understanding of social media audits and report writing.
* Show strong design sense.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Excellent Time Management & Organised.
* Portfolio / examples of previous work.

WORK Environment

This position will function hybrid - if you have an office space at home. Otherwise, we require you to work in an office environment.
