Gray Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join their team as Regional Support Workers. This is a regional role and you are allocated to packages of support for a time specific period within Lincolnshire and the East.

Responsibilities may include:  
Supporting with the transition of new packages of care 
In reach support during transition
Support in areas with staff vacancies 

You will support individuals in their own home to live independently and tasks may include support with activities, medication administration, personal care and day to day living tasks. 

The vacancy is for 36 hours comprising of both day and night shifts. The salary is £11.70 per hour and benefits include Car Users Allowance. 
We are looking for experienced Support Workers for this team who have a driving license and are willing to travel. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Mental Health. We are also keen to hear from people who may have transferable skills and experience in substance use, youth work and criminal justice services.

**Skills Required**

You will have motivation and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.

You will be able to manage difficult situations calmly and work within agreed evidence-based PBS plans. You be able to complete good quality support records, detailing the activities of daily living. You will need to be resilient, emotionally, and physically fit to undertake this role.
