* Experience of working in Procurement and Administration
* Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Promoting data accuracy in all areas. Ready to challenge discrepancies when occurred
* Able to bring about change via effective communication and practical demonstration

The Role

Your main roles and responsibilities will include...

* Supervise and develop all admin colleagues through coaching and appropriate interventions, such as probationary reviews, appraisals, PDP's, 121s and frequent and candid conversations in order to drive high performing individuals and teams.
* Assist Admin Manager in packaging tender process, review of market offering, price comparisons, sample testing and recommendations.
* Coordinate purchasing activities ensuring orders are placed to budget and in line with the Logistics Procurement Policy
* Maintain regular consumables counts ensuring sufficient stock levels at all times
* Develop and maintain KPIs & statistical information to ensure more meaningful data is reported both internal and externally.
* Provide recommendations to improve MIS services. Review options to automate existing reports and identify systems that would future proof the department.
* Provide Delivery Helpline cover in evenings, nights, weekend and in absence of Delivery Helpline Admin to ensure 24/7 support for UK and Irish stores.
