SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT
Teaching Personnel are currently working with wonderful SEN specialist school's within Harigney and North London. We are looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their growing team starting ASAP. You will be supporting primary or secondary aged students with a special educational needs. We have a range of schools that cater for students with differing needs such as Autism, social and emotional mental health needs, PMLD, speech and language difficulties, motor functional disorders, Down Syndrome and learning difficulties.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
* Location - Haringey/ North London
* Position - SEN Teaching Assistant
* Start date - ASAP
* Contract type - long term role
* Pay: �75-�90 (depending on experience)
* Full time/part time - Full time 8:30am - 4:30pm (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience supporting individuals with SEN preferrable
* Psychology graduates welcome.
* Able to provide psychological and academic support to children/ young adults with complex needs.
* Holds GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Child only DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
* Able to provide two recent references. (We look at your past 10 year history and prioritise roles in which you have worked with children in any capacity)
* Personable, Professional and Passionate individual.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
