Learning Support Assistants work with children who have physical disabilities/mild to severe Learning Disabilities/Autism/ADHD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia/complex social and emotional needs and mental health issues.

We are currently looking for LSA's to work in schools in Tonbridge, Kent.

About the role:

* You do not need to have had previous experience to apply for this role, but experience working as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be advantageous.
* There are have full and part time placements available and we do short term supply and longer term roles.
* The shifts will usually be:Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30 (some schools may require you to stay later on until 16:30)
* The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be proactive, be resiilient and have positive personality!
* Qualifications needed-Minimum would be GCSE's in English and Maths (A-C Grade) or equivalent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
