Teaching Personnel work in Partnership with a national teaching school hub who are offering paid teacher training routes in the Dorset areas across the full range of secondary subjects . The school caters for students aged 11-18 working in a friendly and supportive environment with fantastic training and on site support. During the 2 year programme you will gain expereince in delivering, working and support students in lessons and gaining full funding and support throughout the PGCE training. The Programme offers a unique opportunity to be based at one school for the whole two years, build and develop realtionship with the students and staff and be fully funded and trained

Your responsibilities will include:

� Provide tailored support and care for students throughout their school day

� Support students with their social and emotional development alongside their academic skills

� Take part in extra-curricular and off-site activities

� Encourage and enable the student's development of independence and positive behaviour

� Participate in weekly CPD for your own personal development

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and capabilities:

� Resilience and patience when working with students

� Commitment to ongoing professional development

� Experience working with children or young adults, this can include voluntary and other unpaid experience

� Degree qualified

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
