I'm recruiting for Sales Account Manager with Telecom experience. To be responsible for representing Connect44 and selling its managed service solutions to the UK Mobile Network Operators. It is a hybrid role based in Bracknell. Salary depends on experience.

You will be expected to have a strong understanding of selling Telco Services and understand customer requirements to be able to offer solutions tailored to their needs.

The role requires a customer focused, strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, presentation and communications skills

You will be a key driver of growth of revenue and profit, managing day to day relationships at all levels in the customer organization.

This role involves significant stakeholder management, requiring exceptional customer relationships skills.

* Responsible for the development of sales of managed services with established Mobile Network and TowerCo customers within UK.
* Ensure that we have accurate contact information for the account and drives access to insight and improvements to the overall experience.
* Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships at senior levels, ensuring customer contact is kept high.
* The holder of this sales role will be responsible and accountable for growth associated with a specific and aligned customers.
* This is a sales role and will be fully focused on increasing Connect44 scope of services and delivering on our New business commitments to increase our overall Revenue and Margin vs. our budgets
* Manage Salesforce, ensuring that all contact information is current and accurate, and any data issues are resolved in a timely way
* Service line management, forecasting and meeting and exceeding revenue and margin KPIs.
* Keep informed with the latest sales developments and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this within the organisation


* Ability to establish and develop value-based relationships with key influencers and decision makers within a mobile operator organisation
* A demonstrable ability to work independently in developing sales plans and customer contact strategy in support of new business sales success
* Able to engage at a senior management level both internally and externally.


* Minimum 2 years’ experience of mobile network sales experience.
* Understanding of managed services in the Telco environment.
* Must have established contacts with UK Mobile Network Operators.
* A track record in taking personal ownership of addressing customer issues and requirements in a mobile operator environment
* Managing high value accounts
