My client is looking to recruit an excellent first line support analyst who will be required to work in the following areas
- providing 1st line technical support to users across various local and remote websites
- work on the 1st line help desk
- problem management issues
- working with colleagues to provide speedy and full IT resolution
- working with IT suppliers
- business as usual projects
- working on ad hoc projects
- maintaining IT security procedures etc
To be considered for this role you need to have
- some IT or held desk support experience
- very good communication skills
- the ability to get on with people
- service desk awareness
- attention to detail
