Teaching Personnel are seeking committed and hard-working support staff to be placed in schools in the Corby area. The school is a friendly SEN provision for students across all key stages who are unable to access mainstream education due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and autism as well as PMLD. You will be working in the classroom alongside the Class Teacher and other Support Staff, supporting students' wellbeing and encouraging them to engage in their learning.
Successful candidates will:
* Come from a background in education or a related area such as youth coaching, care/support work, and any roles that involve working with children and/or young people. Students from subjects such as psychology, education, health and social care will also be considered for this role.
* Shows confidence working 1:1, 1:2 with students, has great resilience and patience while also working as part of a team with a passion for inclusion in special needs education
This job would be suitable for an individual with experience in SEN schools looking to gain and develop extra skills and experience
