The ideal SEN teacher will have:
* Previous teaching experience
* Experience working with children with SEN or SEMH needs
* The ability to build relationships with children and staff
* Good written and verbal communication
In this role as a SEN teacher, you will:
* Plan and prepare engaging and creative lessons
* Support and engage with students and their EHCP plans
* Assess children's learning and development
