An 'outstanding' school, at the heart of Westminster, are looking for proactive and energetic support staff across all year groups. This school has high quality teaching provisions for special needs children. The curriculum is differentiated and creative to allow children to access the learning and make progress. This is a very inclusive school who accommodate for children who struggle with cognition and learning, Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties and sensory and or physical needs.
The ideal applicant:
* Have experience working with vulnerable people i.e., youth work, social care, or primary and secondary teaching assisting experience.
* Be proactive, energetic, and thinking on your feet.
* Act as a role model for children
* Good behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
* Attend team teach training
