Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Behaviour Support Assistants who have experience in supporting challenging behaviour and are a confident individual.
We are working with a small Primary School in Colne (BB8) who require additional support in their SEN team.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely on a 1:1 basis and in a classroom setting with students who hold an EHCP and require extra support for their learning, and also monitor attendance for particular pupils.
To be considered, you must be able to show evidence in your career history that you have experience in authoritive positions , or worked with vulnerable children/adults.

You will have:
* A patient and empathetic understanding of challenging needs
* Be proactive and adaptvie in supporting students
* Have previous experience in supporting challenging behaviour
* Be a UK resident with right to work in the UK
* Hold a current Child only DBS on the update system (or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
