To assist and support in the effective running of the UK Telephone Helpdesk. To ensure that all services relating to Telephone Helpdesk are provided professionally with particular focus on Customer Service.


To ensure that a first class, customer focussed service is demonstrated at all times
To generate both standard and nonstandard reports.
To undertake system administrative functions including the provision of data base back-ups when required.
To manage all Telephone Helpdesk enquires.
To provide first line support for telecoms end users
To carry out general housekeeping
To work under the instruction of the client and line manager.
To advise Associates on best practice within the service provided.
To cross charge when necessary costs periodically
Undertake Telecoms systems training as required
To have a full understanding of the Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators applicable to the role and adhere to these.


Previous experience in dealing directly with the client, Contractors, Suppliers, Customers and Visitors
Sound knowledge of Telecoms environment
Good problem solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills, face to face and over the phone.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
PC Proficient; Microsoft Office-Word-Excel and Power Point
Methodical Approach to duties.
Above average typing skills.
Ability to work under pressure
Good administration and attention to detail
Good understanding of budgets and Finance
An ability to demonstrate procedure and process management
The ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
Enthusiasm to grow the business and job role
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Energetic with a flexible outlook
A high standard of appearance at all times
To have a capacity to absorb new information quickly and accurately.
