adi Facilities Engineering Coordinator
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our facilities engineering helpdesk administration.
Your main responsibilities will include providing responsibility for all helpdesk, administration, and business functions. You'll be the main user for the Job Logic Company Management System for Facilities Engineering contracts, and you'll be in charge of coordinating and maintaining the system, along with managing all records within the system and company processes.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1st line contact for all helpdesk enquiries and service support to customers and suppliers.
* Ensuring all documentation and records are maintained for servicing and compliance within the company management system Job Logic.
* Administration of customer portals for work requests and invoicing.
* Coordination of quoting remedial works and liaising with the accounts team.
* Raising invoices and posting to the relevant portals.
* Liaison with customers and suppliers for the speedy and effective delivery of products and services.
* Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance work including the planning and arranging of sub-contractors, labour and ordering of materials.
* Building strong relationships with our customers and on-site maintenance teams.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
* Administration and financial management experience, ideally from the Facilities Services Industry
* Coordination experience of planned and reactive maintenance work
* Proficiency in using multiple systems and inputting data
* Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* The ability to input, process, and interpret data with attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly
* Ability to make decisions and use own initiative
