As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operational success. Your main responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading our high-speed cash-handling equipment. You will also provide vital customer and internal training. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you investigate technical issues and resolve them efficiently. Additionally, you will liaise with our local Service Centre, prioritising workloads to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
Hours of Work: Full-time position with on-call duties some weekends-embrace the flexibility and responsibility!
Field Service Engineer Requirements:
* Recognised engineering qualification and a full, clean Driving Licence.
* For entry-level positions, prior customer service experience is beneficial.
* For senior positions, relevant post-qualification experience in a customer-facing role.
* Strong understanding of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analogue circuitry.
* Entry level and Senior Engineers must have a recognised engineering qualification and a full, clean Driving Licence
* For entry level, any customer service experience would also be beneficial
* For senior Engineers, experience in a similar customer facing environment working to achieve customer service levels as well as post qualification experience in a support role is required
