Could you help someone to live a full life?We’re hiring Lead Support Workers in Westbury-on-Severn where, you’ll provide excellent day to day support to individuals with exceptionally complex needs supporting them to overcome barriers. Key to this role is respecting people’s preferences and choices and enable their fullest participation in the life of their community as valued citizens.As part of a supportive team, you’ll have resilience to support individuals whose behaviour may be considered challenging.
