Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Some previous experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
* ( Essential ) A compassionate approach and an interest in helping people
* ( Essential ) Willingness to help with personal care tasks
* ( Desirable ) SVQ Level 2 or 3 (SCQF Level 6 or 7) qualification in a health / social care subject (or equivalent)
