Agile Coach / Scrum Master FTC
A leading tech company are looking for an Agile Coach / Scrum Master on a 6 month FTC to guide and mentor teams, helping them evolve to consistently deliver high customer and business value using Agile Scrum framework.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract based in London. (Hybrid working model)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure scrum framework is embedded consistently
* Drive the team from their current maturity levels to high performance, aligning with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Collaborate with team managers and mentor them to develop skills and confidence to lead their team effectively through agile practices
* Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined
* Support teams in frequently delivering customer and business value
Experience required:
* Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
* Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and principles
* Hands on experience with JIRA
* Ability to coach teams in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement techniques
