In this role, you\'ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, providing essential support to the Growth Directors to fuel our success across sales, retention, and project management.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Sales Support Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our growth initiatives on track. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting our Growth and Retention function with data collection, management, and coordination across departmentsAssisting in bid activity and pipeline management to meet strategic growth objectivesPreparing reports, business review packs, and supporting team communications for streamlined collaborationOrganising and executing key client and business events, workshops, and conferencesManaging retention activities, campaigns and client share programs to sustain our client relationshipsFacilitating meetings, including minute-taking and organizing accommodations and travel, ensuring seamless logisticsWhat We’re Looking For We’re after a candidate who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
