As our new IT Technician, you will be at the heart of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. From managing user helpdesk queries and troubleshooting technical issues to implementing new systems and maintaining network stability, your role will be multifaceted and engaging. You will support both on-site and remote users, ensuring an exceptional level of service satisfaction across the board. Hours of Work: Full-time, on-site.
IT Technician Requirements:
* Proven experience in Microsoft Server (Installation, Active Directory, Remote Administration, Configuration, Security)
* Foundation Level knowledge of Network Switching and familiarity with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11)
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including MS Teams
* Strong knowledge of VLANs, firewalls, backup solutions, and anti-virus systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work well under pressure
