Job Title: Clinical Support Worker (Band 3)
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �14.45 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Support Worker and play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
* Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
* Monitoring patients' physical and emotional well-being.
* Providing support and reassurance to patients and their families.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
* Assisting with medication administration under supervision.
* Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* MAPA/PMVA training is essential.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
* Previous experience in a healthcare support role.
* A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
