We are looking for a Barista to join our team in London.Location: London, W1T 4JGRate of Pay: £29,203.20 per annum, overtime paid at a premium of 1.5Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:30am - 16:00pmYour key responsibilities will include: Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customersKeeping the bar area cleanReceiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicatorMaintaining stock of clean mugs and platesLearning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniquesCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needsRepresenting CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand imageComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsComplying with Health & Safety regulationsOur ideal Barista will:Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationshipsHave previous experience in customer serviceStrive for excellence in an eager and motivated mannerTake initiative and make decisions that are right for our customersHave Hands-on experience with brewing equipmentPossess the ability to work under pressureDemonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliabilityWhat\'s in it for you?
